State Chili Cook Off

We went up to the Roy Aerie for the State Chili Cook Off Sunday. The weather for the drive to Roy was horrible, but we made it! There was some great pots of chili! Salt Lake #67 took 1st, Pleasant Grove #3372 (Cristal Archibald) took second and Tooele #164 took 3rd. Sorry I don't know the names of the other winners. The lady that took first from Salt Lake is the first one in the picture above. Then we have Larry Smith from Pleasant Grove, Cristal could not make it, she had family obligations and then the representative from Tooele is last. She also did not make the chili that Tooele entered, the lady that made it was not able to be there. Salt Lake will be the host for the State Chili Cook Off next year.
