E- Encourage = To give courage, hope or confidence, to give support. When we sponser or sign up a new member, we should encourage them to get involved and bring in their new ideas.
A- Accept / Acceptance = To receive willing, to approve, to agree to, to believe. We should make all new members feel aceepted by showing them that we approve and believe in them.
G- Guide / Guidance = To point the way, lead, to direct the course of, advice or assistance. We should give guidance to our new member and help then through meetings and functions.
L-Loyalty = Faithful to ones country, friends and ideals. We need to be loyal to each other. Make the new member feel that their ideas are just as important as yours.
E- Equality = Having the same rights and ability. We are all members of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and as such entitled equally with every other member to share in its benefits, privileges and responsibilities.
